Setup Guide
1. In Notion create a database with: Name (title), Date (date), Mood (select), Mood Score (number), Tags (multi-select), Entry (rich text)
2. Go to notion.so/my-integrations → New Integration → copy API key
3. Share database with integration (click ··· → Connections)
4. Copy Database ID from URL: notion.so/[workspace]/DATABASE_ID?v=...
5. Paste all three values above and you're live ✓
